Agreement Terms & Conditions: This agreement is a commitment to attending HLSPV for the entire 2026-2027 school year. Any student who withdraws from the school before August 1st will be liable for 50% of the tuition fees. If the student withdraws after August 1st, the full tuition amount will be due. Please be aware that books are non-refundable. However, we may consider a partial payment if the student moves 50 miles further from the school and provides 60 days notice or if the student experiences physical illness and is unable to attend school for the rest of the year.
Enrollment is for the full academic year, and no portion of the tuition fees paid or outstanding will be refunded or canceled for any reason such as absence, academic performance, accident, transfer, sickness, withdrawal, or dismissal from the school, unless by express written consent from the directors. The school allows tuition and fees to be paid in installments, but this does not create a fractional contract and, in any way, does not relieve the parents of the responsibility to pay the entire tuition.
