Classical Curriculum

In order to provide a completely classical and traditional experience for the students at Highlands Latin Phoenix Valley we use the Memoria Press Core Curriculum for all grade levels.
  • Academic Achievement

While our campus does not conduct a lot of testing on-site for our students, Highlands Latin Schools across the country have proven that a rigorous approach with a focus on an academic culture, within a classical Christian setting, leads to impressive results. Highlands Latin Schools consistently score among the top schools on the SAT and ACT college admissions tests.
  • Academic Philosophy

Latin, Greek, mathematics, and music are universal languages and a crucial part of the HLS curriculum. They challenge students to reach their full intellectual potential by enhancing their mind's power. Singing sacred music creates a sense of community and awakens the soul to God. Studying classics with guidance from Christian faith is a thoughtful way to develop wisdom and virtue.
