4. Tuition, ESA Funds, and ClassWalletTuition is invoiced directly to families through QuickBooks. Families participating in the Arizona Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA) program may choose to seek reimbursement or make payments using funds administered through ClassWallet, a third-party platform operated by the Arizona Department of Education.The School does not control ClassWallet’s systems or data practices. Families are responsible for submitting required documentation through ClassWallet in accordance with ESA guidelines.
5. Third-Party Service ProvidersWe use reputable third-party platforms to support school operations. These providers may have limited access to personal information only as necessary to perform their services:Jotform – online forms and data collectionGoogle Workspace (Forms & Docs) – communication and document managementThinkWave – student information and academic recordsQuickBooks – tuition invoicing and financial recordkeepingEach provider maintains its own privacy and security policies.

Children’s PrivacyOur website and online forms are intended for parents and legal guardians, not for children to submit personal information independently.We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13 without parental consent. If such information is discovered, we will promptly delete it.
